The four kindergartens of the Reali School, “the RealiGan”, function according to concepts of ecological (green) education, both in their architecture and learning environments, as well as in their curriculum. There is a rich curriculum and a diversified social and cultural program.
Attending our kindergartens affords 15 consecutive years of studies and education at the Reali School, beginning at the age of three, and terminating upon graduation from the 12th grade. In the course of their education in the cluster of kindergartens, the children experience collaboration with pupils both from primary school and from high school, mutually enriching each other’s world.
There are three kindergartens in the Kindergarten Cluster, which is open from 07:00 to 17:00. In each kindergarten, there are about 30 children in mixed age groups: “Nitzanim” ages 3-4; “Horesh” and “Hadarim” ages 5-6.
The staff members (kindergarten teachers and aides) are top quality professionals. The staff numbers are higher than is customary, in order to meet the care and learning needs of the children in the best possible manner.
The “RealiGan” in Ahuza
On the site of the Ahuza elementary school branch, an additional kindergarten collaborates closely with the elementary grades and has strong ties with them. The school’s pupils often join the preschoolers for “story hour”; the first grade teachers prepare the kindergarten pupils for school in their classes.
The “RealiGan” in Ahuza works according to the “flow of activities” system complemented by enrichment classes in the morning and afternoon.
There are 27 children of compulsory-kindergarten age, who are educated lovingly and with great pleasure by our staff members – kindergarten teachers and aides – all highly qualified professionals
A bit of history
The Kindergarten Cluster was founded in 2007, following its “older brother” the RealiGan in Ahuza (a compulsory kindergarten on the site of the Ahuza primary school branch), founded four years earlier. The concepts of ecological (green) education are the cluster’s structural and pedagogical foundations.
